Doors open 30 minutes before 8:00pm show time. There are no tickets for purchase available at the door. Refunds for an upcoming show must be requested 48 hours prior to the day of the event by emailing info@thefocalpoint.org.While it is very rare that a show is cancelled by the venue or performer, refund requests for these can also be made by emailing us within 30 days of the date of the cancelled event.
