On Mondays starting at 5.30pm: Helene's class focuses on the fundamentals of movements, good posture, bodily awareness, and self-esteem developed in the art of Bellydance. Bring dance shoes/slippers, hipscarf and water bottle.

Helene has been teaching dance in Santa Cruz and internationally since 1986, she is a SPECTRA artist working through the Arts Council, and was a recipient of The Gail Rich Award in 2002 for her significant contribution to the Arts.
