In order for something new to come, something old needs to go. It is not easy to start from the beginning especially when you feel stuck. It takes courage, willingness, strength, love for self, letting go of things we cannot control and taking time for you, remembering what it feels like to be healthy, have a positive mindset, be comfortable with stillness, and have an open heart filled with gratitude and joy. Having witnessed hundreds of beautiful humans feeling stuck, wanting to change, wanting to live a healthier and joyful life, but don't know how to love themselves, how to walk that path of transformation, to keep the light on and focus on what they have vs what is not there; is why I decided to offer this 1:1 Mentorship. This is a combination of weekly support via zoom, phone or in person as well as my healing sessions at Biota. Depending on where you are right now to where you want to be, this mentorship is tailored to your progress, your goals, your willingness to change and welcome the new you.
