This Saturday refuge course is a perfect preparation for the refuge ceremony & retreat that follows.

Following the Saturday class, on Sunday March 16, Gen Thekchen will guide a one-day retreat that includes a special refuge ceremony. The refuge ceremony gives us the opportunity to take Refuge Vows - meaning principally that we promise to rely on Buddha, Dharma and Sangha.
