Our being and body were not created to live a lifetime of carrying shame, guilt, hurt, pain, impostor syndrome, numbness…. and have racing and ruminating thoughts in our minds.

Essential Oils (EO) reach our brain’s fight/flight/freeze (primitive brain) and change the emotional patterns. In other works, EOs have abilities to help us respond instead of reaching when activated or triggered by current and past wound.
