Sundays:

3pm Life Force Tai Chi (Yin Yang uniform required: Plain White Hoodie, Plain Black Baggy Sweatpants & Plain Black low profile shoes. We recommend Feiyue Black on Black. No yoga pants, no t-shirts.)

Mondays:

4pm Qi Gong & Inherent Alchemy (Wear your Tai Chi YinYang Uniform OR all black clothing to move in.)

Tuesdays:

12pm Life Force Tai Chi Foundations

Thursdays:

12pm Qi Gong & I. Alchemy
