Every menstruating woman needs this workshop! This is more than menstruating 101 - we will be learning the power of each phase of your cycle, how to work with your cycle through each phase to bring out the best of you in each phase, and how to best take care of your body!

Workshop Description:

This interactive workshop is designed to help women understand the phases of their menstrual cycle, unlock the unique strengths of each phase, and integrate the cyclical nature of being a woman into their well-being, relationships, and daily routines. Participants will walk away with knowledge, tools, and practices to feel empowered in their femininity.
