What: 4 Days, 3 Nights Of Running, Guest Speakers, Team Building, Training Clinics, Shoe Demo, Home-Cooked Food, And Much More! Campers Sleep In Bunk Rooms (Mattress Provided, Campers Bring Sheets/Sleeping Bag And Pillow), Run On Dirt Forest Service Roads, Swim In The Pristine Waters Of Middle Thompson Lake, And Learn From Top Collegiate And Professional Athletes, Coaches, Physical Therapists, And More. All Ability And Experience Levels Are Welcomed. Camp Is Open To Incoming Freshmen Through Graduating Seniors.
