DIETARY CONSIDERATIONS:
celiac / gluten free
All Raclette Queen food ingredients are gluten free, although prepped in a commissary kitchen, which also produces items with gluten, there is an unlikely possibility of cross-contamination.
All hard ciders are naturally gluten free, however, Scion recommends those with extreme sensitivities select canned or bottled options for zero cross contamination possibilities.
Dessert bites will be gluten free friendly for each dinner.
vegetarian
The raclette dinner series focuses on the decadent cheese as a primary ingredient, vegetarians may opt out of the charcuterie portions, and enjoy the included vegetables (mixed greens, potatoes & cornichons) to complement the cheese as the start of the meal.
No substitutions are available.
As always, Scion is a 21+ venue, valid IDs are required for entry.
