Every class is different, with different exercises each class, each exercise provides for the student to work on various psychic faculities and to build in their spiritual evidence of the Spirit World. Each class contains a special meditation to connect with Spirit and individual guidance and exercises that will assist you in growing as a Spirit Medium.
