Dental services

The following are included every 6 months

Once payment is made, we will arrange a phone call in 1-2 business days to make sure you are enrolled in the patient portal, and meet with your private provider. A welcome email with important information will be sent shortly. Items included need to be redeemed within a year. only 1 can be purchased for each NEW member.
