Fresh bouquets are cured in a particular way to maintain color and fragrance. They are boxed up immediately upon drying to retain all their best qualities and stored properly.

Bear in mind that fresh lavender is only in season a mere three weeks late July-early August. The majority of those fresh bouquets are dried to perfection and await your order.
