With Spring coming to an end and Summer just around the corner we are taking this moment to celebrate the changing of seasons! We’re back at Proper Sake and have prepared a 10 Course menu of some very special ingredients. In Japan it’s shellfish season and we’ll be taking full advantage of that! Firefly Squid are lighting up the bays, while the clams beneath grow richer in flavor. Hamo, an Eel rarely seen outside Japan, synonymous with Summer in Japan will be highlighted as well. This menu will be priced at $200/guest +tax with an optional $80 beverage pairing provided by the Proper Sake team. The changing of the seasons is certainly a reason to celebrate and we’re ecstatic for you to join us as we celebrate!
