Cuban Modern Technique, created in the 1960s in Havana, is a fusion of Modern Dance with Cuban Folkloric Dances, as well as elements of Flamenco, Ballet, Tai Chi and more. This technique helps beginner and intermediate dancers improve quickly by focusing on posture, extension, fluidity, and strength. In Cuba, it's commonly known as βClase Tecnicaβ or βTechnique Class.β
