Memorial & Honor Donation

The Pottsville Library thanks you for your memorial or honor donation. We will notify the family you listed on the form, and we will place a book plate inside of a library book. If you provided your address, you will also receive a card. Minimum suggested donation is $15 to cover the cost of the book.
