During this session we will connect by phone (or Zoom). We will briefly discuss your intentions for the session and what you would like to work on.  During the energy healing part of the session, you can lay down on a bed or couch with the option of wearing your headphones to connect in with the phone call or zoom call. This session will be no different than an in-person session as far as the energy healing you will receive. The only difference is that you will be in your own physical space.  I will work on your chakras, aura, meridians, etc.  45 min - 1 hour long
