The evening will unfold over 3 intentional hours, guiding you through a powerful journey of sound and stillness. We’ll begin with a sharing circle, creating space to set personal intentions. Then, you’ll be immersed in a deeply transformative sound bath, designed to support emotional release and energetic realignment. Afterward, we’ll hold 10 minutes of silence to integrate the experience before closing with a final sharing circle, allowing for reflection and insights.

Your guide for the evening is a certified sound healer with 12 years of experience, having facilitated over 20,000 hours of sound baths and private healing sessions. With a deep understanding of sound as a catalyst for transformation, Sarah has mentored over 70 students in the field, ensuring a profoundly healing experience.

To maintain an intimate and cozy environment, the group is limited to 14 participants, allowing for a personalized and immersive experience.

-Yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and bolsters are provided, but feel free to bring extra for added comfort.
