Transcendelic Retreat Terms and Policies:

Payment Information:

- Once you have paid the deposit, we will send you our HIPAA-compliant intake form. You must complete the intake form AND pay any remaining balance in order to be fully accepted to the retreat.

- Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if the intake form is not completed and any remaining balance is unpaid, but can be credited towards a future retreat within 1 year of payment.

- Any remaining balance and intake form will be due 14 days prior to the retreat start date. If the retreat is still listed, this means there is still space available and you are welcome to book within 14 days of a retreat.

Cancellations:

- Cancellations 30+ days prior to the retreat start date will be credited 100% of the amount paid, which will go towards a future retreat of your choosing that starts within 12 months of the original retreat start date. For example, if your original retreat was set to start October 6, 2023, if you cancel you may select any retreat with a start date through October 6, 2024 to apply your credit towards.

- Cancellations 14-29 days prior to the retreat start date will be credited 50% of the amount paid, which will go towards a future retreat of your choosing that starts within 12 months of the original retreat start date.

- Cancellations 8-13 days prior to the retreat will be credited 25% of the amount paid, which will go towards a future retreat of your choosing that starts within 12 months of the original retreat start date.

- Cancellations 0-7 days prior to the retreat will not be given a credit or refund of any kind.

- Please note that if after being accepted to a retreat, you develop a condition for which ketamine is contraindicated (e.g. heart failure or active psychosis), we will work with you to either 1. have you still attend the retreat at a discounted price since you can't receive ketamine or 2. refund the entire amount paid.

In addition to the above, we understand that life happens and things come up. If you experience an illness, a loved one's death, or some other urgent/emergent situation arises that means you cannot attend the retreat, please let us know and we will decide on a mutually agreeable solution.

Our cancellation policy was created with the recognition that we put significant time and expense into retreats before, during, and after each retreat. We need to pay our employees, venues, affiliates, etc., and that is why (as above) typically credits will be given, rather than refunds. The policy is intended to honor participants and Transcendelic employees and affiliates alike.
