Deposit for (1) Whole Registered Black Angus Steer.

For our USDA Prime Angus Beef, we charge $4.65/lb. hanging weight + our processors fees of $1.35/lb. hanging weight for our bulk orders. Buying in bulk saves 35% off our retail individual cuts and is the most cost effective way to stock up on meat with the rising grocery store prices.

Example WHOLE COW, 700lbs Hanging Weight cut 1" thick.

Ribeyes – 25-30 steaks 1lb. each

NY Strips – 25-31 steaks .7-1lb. each

Filet Mignon- 12-14 steaks 6-11oz. each

Sirloins- 14-16 steaks, full & petite mixed

Roasts (Chuck, Sirloin Tip, London Broil, Tri-Tip, Rump,) –20-25 (+/-3-4lb.) roasts

Stew meat– 18-20 packs (+/-1 lb. each)

Ground beef – 200-250 lbs. in 1 lb. packs

Brisket – 4 halves (5-7lbs. each)

Fajita Meat - 6 packs (1lb. each)

Short Ribs – 7-8 packs (4-6lb. each)

Skirt Steak – 2 packs (+/-1 lb. each)

Flank Steak- 2 packs (1.5-3.5 lb. each)

Soup Bones- 12 packs (2-3lbs each)

Ox Tail - 1 pack
