Join us for a one-hour wellness-focused fitness experience!
Kick things off with a guided warm-up to prepare your body for a 45-minute strength training session designed for all fitness levels. This class focuses on building strength, improving mobility, and enhancing overall well-being in a supportive and energizing environment.
Each participant will receive a wellness-themed goodie bag to support their fitness journey.
Please note: All participants must be 21+ and will be asked to sign a waiver. If this is your first class, remember to bring a valid ID.
