Join us for a weekend of acro! This workshop will be day two of a two-day l-basing acro intensive.

This workshop will include some unique icarian pops you may not have seen or tried before. We will cover technique and safe spotting practices to make these accessible. Option to tempo and seeing together sequences of pops for more advanced practitioners
