HELP US CONTINUE TO OFFER THEATRE TO OUR LOCAL YOUTH.

Thank you for considering a sponsorship to Madison Avenue Performing Arts for the 2024-2025 production year. Each year, we look forward to fostering an environment where children can grow as individuals, develop life-long friendships, and provide our community with a wonderful theater experience. We will have children from Johnson and Miami counties participating in our production. Our goal is to provide this world-class experience to local children at a remarkably affordable rate. This is only possible through partnerships with people like you. 

We produce one large musical in which rehearsals start in November and the show is performed in January. We also provide summer theatre camp experiences for the youth in our community. Each MAPA production comes with significant cost. We hire a professional staff, purchase performance rights to each production, develop costumes, build a set, acquire props, pay rental for our practice/performance facility, and maintain our inventory of essential equipment (sound equipment, lighting equipment, instruments, etc.). Additionally, we incur administrative costs each year such as storage rental, facility rental, and bookkeeping services.. All of these costs are important to the integrity of the production and the experience of the many children who participate. 

These sponsorship packages will benefit your business through vast exposure, community goodwill, and meaningful advertising impressed upon our large audience. It also allows us to offer scholarships for those who would not otherwise be able to afford to participate. Not only do we provide need-based scholarships to children in our community, but we also provide scholarships for our graduating seniors as they move on to pursue post-secondary goals. 

Again, all of this is only possible through the generosity of partners within our community. MAPA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Our tax i.d. # is 454831462. A contribution to our organization is an investment in our youths’ self-confidence, comradery, and capacity for teamwork. All contributions should be received by December 28th to guarantee inclusion in the musical program. Donations are accepted after that date but inclusion in the program isn’t guaranteed.
