Hosts Jeff and Chris Davis return for a third year providing a well balanced trail running and wellness menu. The weekend includes guided trail running with functional running exercises, natural running instruction, and strength/maintenance training. Rejuvenation includes mindfulness meditation, yoga, sauna, and cold plunge. Outside of trail running, enjoy the lodge and lake with canoes, kayaks, swimming, and outdoor firepits. Healthy, whole food based meals are included and provided by the hosts.
$400 per person includes two nights lodging, meals, and gear shuttle to and from the hut. Groups of 2+ get private rooms, and solo attendees will have shared accommodations.
