For our USDA Prime Angus Beef, we charge $5.00/lb. hanging weight + our processors fees of $1.45/lb. hanging weight for our bulk orders. Buying in bulk saves 35% off our retail individual cuts and is the most cost effective way to stock up on meat with the rising grocery store prices.


When ordering 1/2 or more - you will get a custom cut sheet if you would like to personalize what you get. For example, exchanging NY strips and filets for T-bones, tomahawk steaks for ribeye’s, prime rib roasts for ribeye’s, etc. You can also select which cuts you would like to omit and have as ground beef instead.

Fajita Meat – 3-4 packs (1lb. each)


Soup Bones - 2-3 packs (2.5-4lbs each)


Short Ribs – 3-4 packs (4-6lb. each)


Skirt Steak - 1 pack (1 lb. each)
