Make your deposit towards your registration and travel program for the 10th Workshop of Strategic Alliances for the Internationalization of Higher Education (TIES) or any of the workshops of the 3rd International Scientific Convention hosted by la Universidad de Cienfuegos. The travel program begins on October 27 and ends on November 1, 2025.

The full program cost includes: Roundtrip Airfare from Miami; Entry Visa; Convention Registration Fee; Access to All Program Events and Activities; Ground Transportation; Private Accommodations; Breakfast and Lunch while in-country, Health and Repatriation Insurance; English Speaking Guides. Civitas GES can assist you with your connecting flight to Miami on American Airlines for just the difference in fare.

Here you can also opt-in for the pre-conference workshop with La Universidad de Matanzas. The pre-conference workshop begins on October 24 so you will fly down earlier. You can also opt to make your payment for an exhibit table at the convention. Only one member of your delegation should pay for an exhibit table.

Upon payment of the deposit, you will be paid for the remaining amount plus any additional add ons.
