Together with Leigha of ALTER and Danielle of EVOKE, We invite you to join us for a curated three part experience combining movement + touch. This series is designed to emphasize the mind-body connection with our class themes: Reflect, Revive, and Renew. Each class will offer a different yoga sequence paired with intentional massage therapy techniques to create a deeper feeling of connection. Although these classes weave together, they are also appropriate to experience on their own- so you can decide to join for all three parts or just the ones that call to you.
