Orthopedic massage utilizes several different techniques including myofascial, trigger point, Swedish, hot stone, cupping, and sports massage. This therapeutic approach helps the client to recover faster or enhance sports performance by removing the restrictions in the tissues that are holding the body back from its full potential.

At the end of this course students will be able to complete an orthopedic massage for the legs and feet. Students will know how to implement various massage techniques to help your clients recover from or prevent injuries including tight hamstrings, adductors, quads, IT bands, knee issues, plantar fasciitis, as well as limited mobility.
