In making this purchase, I hereby agree to the following: I am participating in a yoga class, offered by Joanna Berringer Yoga ("Joanna Berringer Yoga"), during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga, breath work and health. I recognize that yoga will require some physical exertion, which could be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I am comfortable with the use of props, such as blocks and straps, to assist the deepening of some postures. I can make a personal choice to use them or not. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician and other health professional prior to and regarding my participation in the yoga class. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation in this yoga class. In consideration of being permitted to participate in this yoga class, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in this yoga class, including any harm to my health. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in this yoga class, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim that I may have against Joanna Berringer Yoga, including its owner personally and any class sponsor, for any injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the yoga class. I, my heirs and legal representatives, forever release, waive, and discharge Joanna Berringer Yoga from any and all claims, losses or liability arising from my participation in this yoga class, including arising from any negligent act or omission by Joanna Berringer Yoga. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
