Join us for our 2-day women's self-defense camp and gain confidence for our unpredictable world. Learn the exciting martial art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and have a lot of fun in the process! The minimum age for participant's is 12 years old. This camp will take place Saturday July 20th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., and Sunday July 21st from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. at Third Way Jiu Jitsu in Laramie.
