Luke is really into food. He loves eating, exploring, researching and most of all creating deliciousness. Luke’s spouse, SK, also loves food, especially “food as medicine.” She is a Functional Medicine Health Coach and also possessor of some dietary constraints, e.g. gluten and dairy sensitivities.
This adventure starts with our introduction of snack foods that are:
1) genuinely good for your health (importantly, I’m not a doctor or otherwise qualified to give medical advice)
2) made of simple, whole foods
3) maximally accommodating of common dietary restrictions
While we do our best to avoid cross contamination, we bake in shared a commercial kitchen. We can't yet avoid the risk if cross contamination adequately to be truly gluten (or anything else) free. So please don't eat these if you have allergies to things that would be in a typical kitchen like gluten, tree nuts, soy, etc.
