You can expect us to contact you with updates as well as collecting further information.

We will:

1. Send you the comprehensive information package

2. Send you the invoice for the deposit (50% of your total camp fee) -Due upon receipt

3. Collect passport picture pages -Due Feb 15, 2025

4. Send you the balance invoice for your camp fees -Due Feb 15, 2025

5. Collect a copy of your travel insurance information -Due Mar 15, 2025

6. Require your flight information -Due Mar 15, 2025
