We raise katahdin sheep, who graze pasture all year. We do not feed any grain to our sheep. They are strictly grass fed. We do not vaccinate, nor do we use any chemicals (pesticides or fertilizers) on our pastures.
A half of lamb is approximately 20 to 25 pounds of lamb.
You can customize how you want it. What you'll get is 1 shoulder (as chops, stew, or whole roast), 2 shank (as chops, stew, or a whole roast), a rack of lamb (either two 4 ribs, or one 8 ribs), 6 to 8 loin chops, 1 lamb sirloin (as chops, roast, or kabobs), leg of lamb (whole or steaks), and 5 lbs of ground lamb (plain or sausage).
It can take up to 6 weeks for your order to be ready at the farm.
Pay $150 to reserve your quarter of lamb with a balance of $240 due upon pick up.
No refunds issued on canceled deposits. Once you place a deposit, we reserve your (quarter, half, or whole) lamb, and provide the butcher with your specific cuts.
