* Hold Harmless: You hold Chefbobbombs, its property, the company, and any associated vendors harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, or proceedings of any kind, whether in law or equity, arising out of or in connection with your presence on the premises or participation in any activities.

* No Illegal Conveyance: You agree not to convey any illegal substances or items onto or off or around the premises.

* Photography and Recording: You understand that events at Chefbobbombs may be recorded or photographed. By entering the premises, you consent to the use of your image or likeness for marketing or promotional purposes.

* Assumption of Risk: Guests assume all risks associated with attending events at Chefbobbombs, including but not limited to, injury, illness, or property damage.

* Personal Belongings: Chefbobbombs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

* Medical Conditions: Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in good health to attend events and should seek medical attention if necessary.

* No Guarantee of Safety: Chefbobbombs does not guarantee the safety of guests or their property while on or around the premises.

* Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chefbobbombs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from their presence on the premises or participation in events.
