Session Policy:

• Duration: All sessions are a maximum of 30 minutes.
• Pre-work Requirement: Pre-work (homework, classwork, tests, or quizzes) must be completed 72 hours before the weekly session.

Services Provided:

• Access to Interactive Online Learning (IXL) platform for personalized learning modules, strengthening comprehension, and addressing specific learning gaps.
• Each student will have their own login credentials for the IXL learning platform. Students will have an additional 4 days of virtual lessons, 30 minutes a day, to reinforce understanding, track and accelerate progress. For a total of 150 minutes per week.
• Session Details: The rate is $75. Sessions will be conducted online via Zoom. In-person sessions are available by appointment only, subject to tutor’s availability and a $25 room reservation fee will be added.

Client Responsibilities:

• Teacher Information: Clients are responsible for providing their child's teacher information (name and email) to the tutor.
• Coursework Submission: If teacher information is not provided, clients must submit all current coursework, tests, and quizzes to the tutor at least 72 hours before each session to maintain program integrity. Failure to do so will result in session forfeiture.

Additional Terms: Transportation Fee: A $30 fee applies to sessions within Maryland beyond a 30-mile radius of the tutor's location.

Session Schedule:

Tutoring:

• Tuesdays 5:30 PM - 6 PM (grades K-2)/ 6:15 PM - 6:45 PM (grades 3-5). 
• Wednesdays between 5:30 PM - 6 PM (grades 6-8)/ 6:15 PM - 6:45 PM (grades 9-10). 
• Fridays 6 PM - 6:30 PM (grades 11-12).

Pricing: Full payment of $300 covers the full six weeks

No Show Policy:

• No refunds or rescheduled sessions for no-shows (within a 10 minute grace period).
• Payments are non-refundable.
