Mindful Meetup – connecting with other female solo entreprenurs to chat, have a coffee and complete some mindful activities such as colouring, vision boards and crafting. Each month I will share top tips for you to become more mindful within your day to day life. Plus, you get to connect with other female entrepreneurs in York.

For May’s meet-up we will:

Draw Your Ideal Self (with a Twist!)

We will have a cuppa and chat. Plus, you will draw your ideal self but you won’t be drawing all of it! 

In this creative, fun activity, you’ll each start by drawing what your “ideal self” might look like but just the head. Then, you fold the paper to hide your drawing and pass it to someone else, who will draw the body. One final fold, and someone else draws the legs and feet.

Afterwards, we unfold it to reveal some totally unexpected, wonderfully imperfect versions of ourselves!

Reminding you, when we try to be our “best selves,” it’s the mix of perspectives, quirks, and surprises that make us whole. Nobody is perfect which is a beautiful thing.

I will bring a few of my positive products that you can purchase with a percentage of sales going to Kyra Charity as part of my Mindful Moments Month. If there are any specific products you’d like to see, let me know so I can bring them along.
