DOT Rule 49 CFR Part 40 Section 40.33 states following the completion of qualification training you must demonstrate proficiency in collections by completing 5 consecutive error free mock collections. 2 hr training You must present valid certification from a qualified trainer or program before proficiency testing & exam.
