DETAILS:
Priority Appointment Scheduling means Dr. Davenport will do his best to add you into the existing schedule as soon as within 30 minutes that same clinic day but guaranteed within 3 scheduled clinic days of your requested date.
Telephone Support means that Dr. Davenport will call you at your requested number as soon as within 30 minutes of your request but guaranteed within the clinic day closest to the time of your request. Telephone support does not incorporate AME Consultation services, rather is meant to facilitate direct and timely communication.
Special Issuance (SI) Processing means Dr. Davenport will review and submit your SI documentation to the FAA on your behalf and waive the customary processing fee once each year. This does not apply to HIMS AME Services.
Dr. Davenport will e-mail a copy of your certificate and/or receipt to the e-mail address you provide.
βClinic Dayβ means an already-scheduled day where Dr. Davenport is in the office.
You are responsible for bringing your VIP status to Dr. Davenportβs attention at the time of service.
This is a monthly subscription plan. Subscription service must have been active for at least 3 months and must remain uninterrupted. Cancellation of subscription service requires a new 3-month uninterrupted period.
