Terms and Conditions

The Visa Application Service offers assistance for the completion of the visa application for the respective travel destination of the client/traveler. The Visa Application Service does NOT guarantee an approved outcome as determined by the government and/or consulate of the country for which the visa application is being completed.

All required documents (as indicated in the visa application guidelines) that are necessary for the successful completion of the visa application are the responsibility of the client/traveler. Travel Well Concierge LLC does not provide passports, passport photos, or any other federally-issued documents.

The Visa Application Service Fee is nonrefundable. You also AGREE that Travel Well Concierge LLC will not be held liable for incomplete visa applications due to the failure of the client/traveler to provide required documents by the specified deadlines.
