The evening will unfold over 3 intentional hours, creating space for renewal and deep listening. We’ll begin with a sharing circle, setting personal intentions for the cycle ahead. Then, surrender into a soothing yet invigorating sound bath, designed to bring clarity and balance to both mind and body. Afterward, we’ll hold 10 minutes of silence to integrate the vibrations before closing with a final sharing circle, offering time for reflection and insight.
Your guide for the evening is a certified sound healer with 12 years of experience, having facilitated over 20,000 hours of sound baths and private healing sessions. With a passion for mentorship and energetic healing, Sarah has trained over 70 students in the field, ensuring a deeply enriching experience.
To maintain an intimate and cozy environment, the group is limited to 14 participants, allowing for a personalized and immersive experience.
