The Mindfulness Coaching will help you implement daily mindful practices using a 21-Day Mindfulness Personal Journal.

  • A 30-minute Zoom or phone call meeting in Weeks 1, 2, and 3.
  • Email support during the 21-day mindfulness wellness transformation.
  • Educational materials and suggested reading and practices.

The Program:

  • In Week 1, you'll learn to enjoy the present moment and be mindful in everyday life.
  • In Week 2, you'll learn to observe your thoughts and emotions so you can master your monkey mind and manage negative emotions.
  • In Week 3, you'll use what you've learned to develop self-compassion, take back control of what and who you allow to influence you, and practice being more present with others.
