The Mindfulness Coaching will help you implement daily mindful practices using a 21-Day Mindfulness Personal Journal.
You'll get:
A 30-minute Zoom or phone call meeting in Weeks 1, 2, and 3.
Email support during the 21-day mindfulness wellness transformation.
Educational materials and suggested reading and practices.
The Program:
In Week 1, you'll learn to enjoy the present moment and be mindful in everyday life.
In Week 2, you'll learn to observe your thoughts and emotions so you can master your monkey mind and manage negative emotions.
In Week 3, you'll use what you've learned to develop self-compassion, take back control of what and who you allow to influence you, and practice being more present with others.
