Terms

Full refund less $200 processing fee per cottage, provided the guest cancels over 14 days before the check-in date and time (10:00am Eastern Time).

No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days before check-in date and time (10:00am Eastern Time) with cancellation coverage.

Price $150 per Cottage per stay. Pay at reservation checkout or here. Please ensure you include the number of cottages in your payment. For example, the Mallard Package includes two cottages. Your cancellation coverage fee for both cottages will be $150/cottage x 2 cottages.
