- Diagnostics, inspection of unit to make sure all electrical components are working properly

- Lubricate all moving parts and inspect motors

- Check Freon levels to ensure the system is cooling or heating smoothly, add Freon if needed. (up to 1 lb included)

- Inspect drain line and flush as needed to fix and/or prevent leaks
