Capricorn, ruled by Saturn, invites us to release outdated structures, realign with our deepest ambitions, and cultivate emotional strength. This lunation is a powerful opportunity to reflect on your journey, integrate lessons, and step forward with clarity and purpose.

The evening will unfold over three intentional hours, guiding you through a journey of sound and stillness. We’ll begin with a sharing circle, offering space to set personal intentions. Then, immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sound bath, designed to bring balance and healing. Afterward, we’ll hold 10 minutes of silence to integrate the experience before closing with a final sharing circle, where insights and reflections can be shared.

Your guide for the evening is a certified sound healer with 12 years of experience, having facilitated over 20,000 hours of sound baths and private healing sessions. With a passion for mentorship, Sarah has trained over 70 students in the art of sound healing, ensuring a space of deep transformation and care.

To maintain an intimate and cozy environment, the group is limited to 14 participants, allowing for a personalized and immersive experience.

What to Bring:

✔ Yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and bolsters are provided but feel free to bring extra for added comfort.
