Memberships are ONLY valid for the member(s) listed. ANY adult can bring the child member(s) to the facility, but the membership is NOT transferable among children. We do NOT permit friends, cousins or any other guests to use another guest’s membership. Doing so will result in instant termination of the membership. Additional adults do not need a membership, as we do not charge play admission for adults.
One-year memberships and membership coupon codes are nonrefundable; no portion of your payment will be prorated or refunded for any reason.
